April 4th Letter

WE'RE OFF!

Hey Everyone! Hope you're do'n okay and enjoying Spring...
it's very beautiful here right now, but we're leaving anyhow.

We leave for _____ in about 12 hours and not quite sure what to
expect, but we're really excited about going and we'll be there
for a month. After that, we'll be off to Ottawa working and
ministering there for 2 more weeks....I'll turn 19 in Ottawa...
should be fun!

Right now I'm at home trying to get organized, buying more
gear and long baggy clothes to respectfully fit in with the native traditions. A trial run with full backpack tells me I should have
been weight training these past few months.

Please continue to remember our team while we are away....
it's safer not to e-mail as any mention of Christianity or YWAM
in a non-Christian country can put lives in jeopardy, but we will be thinking of you from afar, and will try to keep in touch somehow so Mom can fill you in on our progress. Thanks so much for your prayers......God bless you and your family and may you have a
